The Millèn is right in the city centre just opposite the fabulous Central Station. Wim Severein is both owner and Chef. The Millèn is on the first floor of the Rotterdam Marriott Hotel, in the iconic Millennium Tower.

Food at The Millèn is exceptional. In 2018, the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star. It is the place where gourmets and connoisseurs can escape the hustle and bustle of the ever vibrant metropolis. In restaurant The Millèn, they can enjoy the culinary experience of a great lunch or dinner.

Pure ingredients, always the best of the season

Owner and chef Wim Severein: ‘Our love for serving delicious food translates into surprising menus where pure seasonal ingredients are the basis. We select the best ingredients and products, offered to us with special care and dedication by our suppliers. They have only one object: supplying the finest products. It is an object we share, and our guests notice this immediately.’

‘I say specifically “we” as our guests often thank me, however nothing would be possible without my employees! I owe my motivated, dedicated and appreciated team a debt of gratitude!’

The Millèn is open every evening, except Sunday and Monday and in autumn and winter also on Thursdays and Fridays for lunch. Severein: ‘Next year, in early spring, we will start with lunch on four days, so Tuesdays and Wednesdays included.’

Going back to the cruise terminal you can take the underground or a taxi. Or stroll: a beautiful walk along Westersingel, past many art objects along the way, including one by Picasso!
